Hugh F. Anderson II
Owner, President & CEO
Hugh started in construction in the early 1990s on convenience-store remodels and underground storage tank upgrades, where stores stayed open, inspectors were on site, and the work had to be right the first time. By the mid-1990s he was building national restaurant brands like Taco Cabana, Boston Market, Rally’s and Red Line Burgers, on tight schedules with franchise standards and opening dates that couldn’t slip.
He founded Andco Construction in 1998. In the early years Andco built more than 2 million square feet of self-storage, along with retail and office finish-outs. From 2005 to 2012 Hugh was both developer and contractor on The Outlaw golf course development near Ruidoso, New Mexico, so he knows what the job looks like from the owner’s side of the table too. Since 2012, Andco has focused exclusively on retail finish-outs across Texas and Oklahoma for brands like Sport Clips, 9Round Fitness, Cousin Earl’s and Rebel Athletics, and our Sport Clips work dates to 2002. Hugh sets the standard on every job and stays involved from start to finish.
